Wonderful
Lovely room. Beds were really comfy and bedding clean and fresh . Nice clean carpets. Met at reception by the owners who were cheery and welcoming. Fantastic location behind Coral Island. Central to everything but still nice and quiet for a good night's sleep. We went for the light switch on and the Grandchildren loved it !!
Great value for money and if I was to stay in Blackpool again I wouldn't hesitate to book.
The bathroom was a little bit of a squeeze being on the larger size and the headboard off one of the beds overhung the door slightly so the bathroom door couldn't fully open. Also the toilet roll holder on the wall was a bit loose. Neither of these things would put me off booking again though as was a lovely stay xx

Host was excellent very chatty. Showed us where the fridge and microwave were along with a few cups and plates.
If things change/improve we would definitely be back. Prime location about 5-10 minute walk in to town.
It states you can reserve parking for £10 per day however this wasn’t the case apparently it’s in the small print so make sure you read it. It’s first come first serve.
We stayed for two nights and the smell of damp when you walk in to the room/building is overwhelming and the drains didn’t smell great ether.
Could do with a new mattress as the springs had gone in the room we stayed in making the sleeping really difficult.
No shower mat meaning when you get out the showered your slipping around on wet floor.

Disappointing
The Owner of the property was really helpful & gave us a nice welcome & even wished me a happy birthday on my birthday that was nice, location is great 5min walk into town, parking was cheap £18 for two nights.
Bed wasn’t that comfortable you could feel the springs in the mattress, could do with a new mattress or good topper for it, bed looked like an old metal type bed so any movement it moved & Squeaked. There was a strong smell not sure where it was coming from could of been next door we left windows open & left to enjoy town when got back it was still there but not as bad

This was great value for money a lovely hotel, great location, room was spacious and extremely clean with it's own bathroom and a great sized shower. Beds were comfy and we had a great sleep every night.
Hotel is central to everything with beach and attractions only a few minutes walk away. The road where the hotel is situated is very quiet and peaceful.
The host was lovely and he went above and beyond for any of our needs, very friendly and welcoming and generally a very nice man who is clearly passionate about his business.
I would absolutely recommend staying here and we can't wait to return next year.
The only thing we didn't like was that we couldn't stay for longer!

Very Poor
The close proximity to Blackpool.
The smell was horrible. We didn’t even stay the night we had to leave because it was that bad.

Very Poor
Staff were friendly
Was far too hot in the rooms, the sheets were Cotten which made it even more warm and uncomfortable, the bed was rock hard and squeaky. You need to get linen sheets.. the rooms were really small and there was a very strange smell after the smell of a full bottle of lynx was sprayed in the room prior to us going in.
