I liked how close all the facilities are not to far.
I didn’t like the toilet didnt flush very good. also there was an incident early hours on Saturday morning where other guests made a huge noise and the police had been called out. all me and my family heard was screaming and shouting. Not my sort of place I would like to be staying again. I do strongly believe I should be entitled to some refund and the manager just said it wasn’t his fault , well it wasn’t mine either I paid to stay here and I won’t be coming here again not after this performance.

The hotel smelt fresh and was clean throughout, the man on the desk was really friendly and went above and Beyond to make our stay perfect.. no breakfast but was a toaster and microwave near reception, the owner put a fan in our room before we arrived as we was on the top floor with tower view. would highly recommend and will definitely been returning soon :)
* The bed and pillows was super comfy and the room was spotless
The bathroom was a little small however it had everything we needed

I liked everything about this hotel as it's a short walk to to the beach it has a good selection of shops and isn't to far away from the golden mile arcade and coral island arcade.
There is nothing wrong with this hotel as it's family friendly and the host goes above and beyond to make sure that you have a lovely stay at the hotel and I will be returning back to this hotel.

The owner is great
I complained about the fact I paid to sleep on a camp bed and I’m disabled and it’s not a adequate bed and ended up having to leave early was not offered a different room even though hotel was empty or money back for the nights missed or for car parking I paid for that I wasn’t using was quite disappointed to be honest as was my place to stay in Blackpool but I honestly don’t think we will be returning there was also a strong smell of cannabis throughout the hotel and was some problems with some guest the owner did try and deal with them but with a camp bed and constant banging from upstairs very limited sleep

Since I stayed in 2016 it hasn't changed much still basic but for the price it's perfect cheap and cheerful, there is new owners and he was absolutely lovely helped with everything I was greeted with a big smile on arrival and every morning and afternoon and made sure everything was good daily we even had a laugh and joke with him he was lovely, my partner fell over before arrival and cut his knees and hands and the male who checked us in made sure he was ok and offered help .
the lounge now has a working TV , darts board and kids football game and bandet

Staff were very comforting on arrival and extremely pleasent and extremely welcoming. The room was perfect for a family of 3 and the beds are extremely comfy... the location is perfect to get to attractions by foot.... definitely be booking here again in the future...
