I went for the new years and realised I left my jeans behind and I went out trying to get in clubs with trackies on and they all turned me away I told the hotel owner around 10 o clock and he went out kf his way to go pick me some jeans up in my size from his friends house and he also gave us a heater without us asking as he knew it were cold outside

The location was fantastic for a night out clubbing, blackpool tower, coral island and anything in the north. We walked to and from clubs/pubs, shops, coral island, the tower. less than 10 minute walk to them all, no need for public transport. parking available next door so wasnt struggling for a space. Staff very friendly and welcoming, after us turning up to our original booked b&b to find out it was closed down we booked this and checked in within 5 minutes. Good wifi, simple to get in and out as and when we pleased, offered fridge to keep any food we brought with us fresh. Plenty of tea and coffee in room. Clean room with towels and soap.
Outdated wallpaper/border in the room and old fashioned toilet/sink but this was irrelevant to us as the fact that it was clean, staff were friendly and it was fit for purpose was most important.

Noise levels , the room outdated, cleanliness, heating didn't work , didn't even attempt to have a shower , sink in the bathroom, security very poor

The location of the property was brilliant. We were with our 2 year old so being away from the strip was great - we were a 5 minute walk to Coral Island and Sealife Centre.

The hotel is basic but very adequate and although meal options aren't available there are facilities for making your own food ie microwave fridge toaster which is a great idea , very comfortable beds

Smelled nice ,looked clean host very welcoming happy couldn't be more helpful really we only saw him Wen we checked in
No heating at all we were absolutely freezing when we woke we quickly dressed and left to go seek warmth in a cafe we got in late at night so couldn't tell owner didn't sleep well as cold but was only one night would have mentioned it if staying 2 days or left

Location is great, it is close to all that you need, car parking, places to eat etc.....
Staff was very accommodating, pleasant and polite.
Didn't offer breakfast, however..... the hotel is close to alot of places to eat.... so it is not a big problem.
