Rose was very welcoming and nothing was to much trouble for her . Centre of everything. Walking distance from shops, bars, restaurants.
Heating was on a timer so room got cold .

Nothing was straight, we had no cleaners all weekend, no fresh towels, mould on the ceiling, stains on the walls and down the toilet

It was close to arcade
There was no staff on site bins didn't get emptied and the hot water keep going off. The bed was uncomfortable and only one pillow

Have stayed here a few times but this time there was hair on the shower wall cold tap leaked quilt cover had a tare in it

Good location, comfy bed, really nice bath.
That the host wasn't on site, so if you needed anything you had to go 5 hotels up to the calypso Hotel, room needed some updating, only got 1 pillow and had no spares. Was also in a attic room which was OK but for the money though a bigger room would of been more suitable

Location was great, very central. Host (rose) was lovely and so friendly
The room was very dated, and basic. Doesn't look like the pictures posted! It was clean (could have been cleaner) but that could be down to the room in dire need of a freshen up.
