Very welcoming atmosphere and Adam and Dave were both so friendly and helpful. Both accommodated us when we arrived (very!!!) early and asked about car parking, and gave us tips about places to visit for food and drink. A brilliant breakfast provided, and good conversation with the owners.
We didn’t have any areas we felt we didn’t like, everything we experienced was great.

It was clean and the breakfast was lovely. Adam and Dave were very approachable and friendly. The room facilities were good, and it was very easy to top up your tea/coffee needs for the room. Location was just a short walk to the sea front and the piers. It was a very enjoyable stay..

Owners were very helpful and friendly. Felt very at home during our stay. Rooms clean and nicely decorated. Parked at back of property. Good location only 10 - 15 min walk to Blackpool Tower.
I don't really do cooked breakfasts but I had the sausages. I'd prefer them to be better quality but that's me being picky.
