Very Poor
We booked Monday to Friday for 1 adult and 2 children. For 298 (cash only) including breakfast. Firstly we were given the smallest room with a single and a double. Given that I have a 15 year old girl and a 10 year old boy this was the first failing, luckily the 10 year old hasn't grown out of sharing a bed with his mum yet as we really had no other choice.
There is said to be evening entertainment. Well aslong as you make it yourself.
The pool was yellow! And the disgusting stagnant and green water that collects in above the pool behind the perspex, creates that rainforest feel as it drops through the gaps into the pool and smells like monkey poo. But it's OK because you are limted to using it to a prebooked 45-minute session between 4pm and 8pm only. And I'm sure the lack of water cleaning is overcome by the amount of chemicals in the pool, unless it was the ammonia of every person that has ever been on it since the 1950s.
The pool facilities also include is also a broken toilet, basket ball net without a hoop, big glass door leading to the lounge so you can share you half naked experience with, well anybody who wants to watch. And if you weren't feeling exposed enough. One of the 2 'dressing rooms' has no curtain.
Also please do take a quick look at the baracaded door at the side of the, sess pit that has no entry because it's a 'plant room' one can only speculate that would be snoop dogs favourite room..
Back to the room, with a view of... back to back houses, seagulls, rubbish and back alley transactions. The mattress was hard and lumpy. The pillows were hard, there was coffee drip marks down the walls, no hair dryer. No iron and the smallest tele in the world.
The manager greats you as a a woman and then leaves you in the care of a group of Asian men some of which have basic English and it was really quite intimidating.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable in room. Cooked breakfast nice could have been more choice no yogurts or toast and marmalade after. Was OK for budget price. Had someone take my luggage to room
The shower was always cold and outdated. Had to.washmy hair with cold water. Television didn't work. Room very outdated the furniture in room and dining room seenbetter days. Didn't like it as always talking in Indian felt uncomfortable
Wasn't that friendly at times didn't explain things properly especially on arrival

This has to be one of the cleanest hotels ive stayed in blackpool the staff was so pleasant and couldn't do enough for us the room wasnt ready but they told us to leave our bags in the office and come back in an hr amd when we got back the owner she carried our bags up for us which was so nice I will defo be back
Because of having a dog we cannot take our pet there with us but I do understand tho how clean the place is

Staff were excellent, customer experience fabulous, rooms clean, breakfast great and unbelievable value for money
There is not much soundproofing so you can hear other people in the hotel. If you are a light sleeper, you may want to think twice before booking. Could do with some cosmetic updates

The hotel was great the family room 25 was comfy clean. The staff where fantastic and really friendly they couldn't do enough for you. There is a pool opening times 4.30 until 8pm 45 minute slots. The breakfast was outstanding freshly made with an open view kitchen to see them cook it will definitely stay again
Just the room was really warm but the staff provided a fan so really nothing was a great stay

We loved it so much. I prayed for a good hotel so I could rest with my family, and God provided a christian hotel. They are so kind and helpful. The lady the owener helped carry my bags/kids upstairs. That was so kind of her. The swimming pool is amazing. That is exactly what I was looking for and my special son loved it. The water is warm, nice and clean. The food is delicious!! Rooms are so cleaned and comfy. Everything is just 10/10. We'll definetely come back anytime soon. Thank you for all

The room was tiny , the carpets were dirty and frayed, the sheet didn’t fit the bed , there were 3 big holes in the tiny , tiny bathroom , the mattress was on top of a big wooden board , the owner cooked breakfast in his anorak, I could go on but came home after one day although we had paid for three nights
