Wonderful
The staff were very accommodating, and really made us feel welcome, and that it was all about usx
On street parking or lack of it, but this can not be avoided in these areas. However a couple of streets adjacent either side there were private car park (limited spaces).

Most of the staff were nice, and it was close to the sea.
The rooms were very basic, and the lamp needed replacing as it was hazardous. The TV was very tiny. The decor needs a complete refresh, as it's very dated with chipped paint. The carpets were threadbare, and the pool needed cleaning, not to mention only open for 4 hours a day. There are multiple better hotels for the money charged.

booked for a colleague who was covering the Fireworks Championships. Quote: Close to beach and tram. Really friendly staff/owners .Warm room. Chosen for swimming pool. Mostly very clean. Great vegetarian breakfast was made me each morning.. Generous sized glass of juice at breakfast not the usual tiny size juice glasses of most hotels. Generous servings of Coco Pops too! (other cereal choices but when I see CP i cannot resist)
Matress old and enveloping which lulled me into sleep but probably problematic for others
Would DEFINITELY stay again snd would have extended stay if could have changed an appointment. Would personally choose a mid week stay as brochure says Stag/Hen parties are welcome and I would personally avoid weekends myself due to that reason or check if any are booked However there wasn't any staying during my Sat til Tues stay. All in all enjoyed it there.
Noticed old stains on sheet and duvet cover. unsure if old coffee or bloodstains.
No hooks in bathroom.. Floorboard in front of ensuite door needs repair.. Handle on bedside table drawer is broken and needs repair
Pool hours need flexibility as only open 16:00 - 20:00. only one of 2 changing rooms has a curtain and didnt have hooks in it. the one with hooks was missing the curtain. to be honest a lockable stall door would be better.
Choice of brown or white bread at breakfast would be good

The location it was perfect. The breakfast it was perfect. The room it was clean.
No any hooks in the bathroom or room, inside the wardrobe no any self or hanging nothing. No any small table.

The bed was comfortable and room was clean..
Both of the receptionists were very rude. Cash only hotel. I was directed a 10-minute walk away for Cash Point. There was one literally on the next street. Breakfast was poor. No oat milk or brown bread, no choice for breakfast. Booked for the pool, but it didn't open until 4 pm.

Room tiny for twin beds, no serfaces to put anything, tiny wardrobe had to store clothing on a towel in floor, couldn't take a shower at night with light on or use the toilet as no blinds at window, no plug in sink, female staff member serving breakfast and interacting with guests STILL IN HER Pj's.
