Had a lovely time and the hosts were so welcoming and looked after us amazingly all week. Breakfast was lovely every morning. We had paid parking behind the hotel which was ideal for us all. We will definitely come again. Kids also loved the swimming pool

Spent the day at pleasure beach so excellent location to get back to freshen up after the rides.
Great little bar that didn't cost the earth.
The lady who greeted us on arrival was so lovely.
Following morning we slept in longer than expected so when we came down for breakfast all tables were occupied, my husband took the call to just pack up and head out elsewhere for breakfast (this was not the hotels fault).
Beds comfy and room clean, loved we could make a cuppa with the kettle and brew facilities in room.
Will definitely stay again.
Due to own circumstances, we could not make use of the heated indoor pool, which we were informed on arrival and shown it is open 4pm-8pm.
The only thing I would change is that our ensuite door did not stay closed when in use, so someone had to hold it closed whilst using the toilet.
Plus, the room door, even though locked, did not feel secure. Maybe an extra lock on the door inside the room would make guests feel safer.
Other than this the hotel was lovely, staff very friendly and we can't wait to come again.

The location was great. Only few yards from the beach and all the attractions. The hosts were friendly and welcoming. Lots of options for the breakfast.
The bed sheets were quite dated but clean.

The location is good a couple minutes walk to the beach and the tram stop. The pool is good for kids. The size is not suitable for more than 2 people at a time. Breakfast service was great with full english breakfast offered.
The rooms were not cleaned during our stay, nor supplies were replenished. When you walk in there is a strong nasty smell.

There is no parking but they arranged for me for a reasonable fee. Appreciate it. Even if breakfast time was over h t my still
Made food but we’re not even informed about times . They understood. Dining area clean and enjoyed breakfast for myself .
No rules were explained like breakfast times , etc. no wi-fi . Bed not comfortable and the bathroom was too tiny. Thin walls the people next door were snoring and found it difficult to sleep. Kids did not like the breakfast . No lifts and had to carry bags to 2nd floor. Corridors and stairs carpet need deep washing. Heating pool open from 4pm -20:00 which is impossible to use as we are still out for other activities. The shower was impractical to operate especially for kids

Friendly staff that go above and beyond for you. Always there if you need anything. Would highly recommend. We will return again.
The bed was slightly uncomfortable because of my back pain issues. But this isn't a negative outlook. All in all it was one of the most exceptional places I've stayed.

Great location central to all attractions
Rooms very basic and in need of a good clean, towels very small and no hairdryer as stated.
Swimming pool had no chlorine in it which put me off using it.
