Wonderful
The staff were so polite and helpful. The room was bright and clean and the bed was comfortable. The toilet and walk in shower room was a good size and clean.
Excellent breakfast served with a smile.
The swimming pool was a big plus and a great way to freshen up before going out on the town.
The lounge was big with lots of sofas and a bar.
A budget hotel which exceeded expectations and was excellent value for money. We will definitely be staying there again!
Street parking only but we managed to get a space right outside the hotel.
All in all no complaints at all.

This hotel was really nice. Good value for money. Swimming pool was a bonus. The pripriters were very welcoming couldn't ask for more. Breakfast was very good.
There wasn't much. Just need updating. A bigger TV. In bedroom .

They had a kids football team presentation on it was very noisy music and kids running everywhere until 11:30pm..when we asked to use pool was told we couldn’t till later when we go back later we were told we couldn’t use till tomorrow after breakfast which was between 9am and 10am….nobody wants to use a pool after eating and we had to check out at 11

The staff were exceptionally helpful as one arrived in Blackpool earlier than one expected. They allowed one to check in earlier! A positive start to one's stay. The room was spacious enough for one's needs. The bonus of a pool was an intriguing time however the time frame of its availability didn't coincide with one's plans.
After a fine evening's sleep the range of the breakfast was superb cereal, fruit juice then a full English for me. That set the day up for me.

Loved everything the fact it has a heated pool a real plus. Breakfast included and it was beautiful. Two mins walk to beach.and shops
Staff really friendly and helpful. Bed really comfy with quality linen.
Very limited parking which resulted in a parking ticket.

Nice clean room , coffee , tea all what you need , very good breakfast in the morning , helpfull staff , good comunication
There was no heating , all what I was dreaming to back home and put heating on . Room number 7 needs to be sorted sink , I was not ablle to wash my hands , and brush my teeth , water has no presure
