The staff were exceptionally helpful as one arrived in Blackpool earlier than one expected. They allowed one to check in earlier! A positive start to one's stay. The room was spacious enough for one's needs. The bonus of a pool was an intriguing time however the time frame of its availability didn't coincide with one's plans.
After a fine evening's sleep the range of the breakfast was superb cereal, fruit juice then a full English for me. That set the day up for me.

Loved everything the fact it has a heated pool a real plus. Breakfast included and it was beautiful. Two mins walk to beach.and shops
Staff really friendly and helpful. Bed really comfy with quality linen.
Very limited parking which resulted in a parking ticket.

Nice clean room , coffee , tea all what you need , very good breakfast in the morning , helpfull staff , good comunication
There was no heating , all what I was dreaming to back home and put heating on . Room number 7 needs to be sorted sink , I was not ablle to wash my hands , and brush my teeth , water has no presure

Got told pool was off bo life guard when we got ther, even tho we had a call on morning and I asked. Found a nail tack for wire under the bottom sheet of my 4 year old bed after my 12 year old scratched herself. Got called a liar. Beds very uncomfortable and dirty pillows quilts. Breakfast looked amazing but unfortunately the lady couldn't provide clean cutlery I asked for and went on to say I should stay in hilton if I want better and also ther don't cater for ppl with learning difficulties. I do not have those. Attitude was disgusting she said alot. Tables turned I'd be arrested for rasisim and disability discrimination. Poor poor customer service worst iv ever experienced. Location excellent
Cleanliness and lady who runs it have poor customer services skills is very rude and insulting.
