Breakfast was lovely and the ladie who runs it was lovely too..
Room was cold but they dod turn heating on but could sone with it been on before bed and on in morning for people to be getting up to warm room than cold esp in winter times..

Just where it was and when I left
Disabled room is not a disabled room, very tight corridor and the bathroom was not disabled friendly, toilet was too low and shower too small, no where to sit down in bathroom could not fit wheelchair in bathroom, if you need a wheelchair don’t go to this property, the gentleman on the door is very arrogant and aggressive not someone that you ask questions to, even though I asked the property before we went about facilities was assured everything was ok!!!, bloke on the door had a go when I asked him the question asking if there was a ramp he flipped and started arguing at us about the dogs even though I had informed them that they would be coming and was told that it was ok if disabled don’t bother using

Wonderful
Walked into a lovely clean and warm hotel before going to our room had a game pool and a drink from bar ,breakfast was lovely and hot couldn't fault it
Our bedding was lovely and clean wot made it uncomfortable for us was the pillow and mattress was all stained we slept on top which is a shame this let it down for us need protectors on otherwise I would have stayed again definitely

Staff very friendly and breakfast was good after having to wait as not enough seats for the amount of people staying
We booked a deluxe double the room was far from that it was tiny and the bed was uncomfortable there were hairs still in the shower tray on arrival and no places to put anything no bedside tables and bed was pushed up against the wall which is very hard to get off if having to get up in the night and arrived to find out you have to pay cash or bank transfer no card payments we were not informed about this before arriving

Room was tired and floorboards had collapsed under the carpet in some places...I think Double Deluxe was an overstatement but at £54 with 2 breakfasts who could complain.

Staff happy first day on arrival second day i think something happened he was not so friendly did not want to open bar following morning although we said goodmorning there was an atmosphere dont know what is was about

Room was cramped .mould all over bathroom window with a musty smell
Horrible looking soap I didn't stay there due to health reasons I explained to the manager and she just became rude
