Nothing. Such pathetic room, pathetic property and wrong reviews on booking.com, such a bad experience it was
No cleanliness, bed was so shaky that when I was turning while sleeping it was making noises and it made me awake. Furthermore they want you to leave the property by 10 o clock, but they start breakfast at 8:30 and what about those who want to leave before 8, so i had to leave at 7 o clock and i told the lady, she said sorry we cant do anything and i asked her to compensate my expenses then, she said sorry I cant. Point is I have a booked a room when I saw breakfast included, when you provide breakfast in a certain time, mention it or give it option then.

I liked absolutely nothing apart from the location the staff were rude well especially the woman who checked me and my fianc in she then also said that my friend who wasnt staying at the hotel to which we stated wasnt allowed in the room for 10 mins while we got ready. In my opinion this woman who works there should not be working there and she should lose her job she is nothing but rude
Everything really as I stated above the woman was absolutely rude she threatened to throw our stuff out and came into our room at 6am without even knocking on the door. As we were leaving she even snatched the key out of my hand and told us we had to be out of the room by 10am but when I booked the hotel it said 11am. And on top of this the room was absolutely dreadful Ive got photo evidence as well and I couldnt even have a coffee because the kettle was disgusting. So if there is one thing you can do is give me a refund back for this hotel.

The bedrooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. We traveled as a large group (around 30) so the communal area which included the bar, lots of sofas, huge TV, pool table, dart board and karaoke machine was perfect for our group.
Bedroom were clean but a little dated.

Nothing was very dirty the room.marks all over myths walls,stained bed linen.mould round the grout in the shower.carpet was dirty.list is endless wasnt fit to let out.

The swimming pool, although only about 10 yards long was lovely and I enjoyed a swim each day of my 3 day stay. The only thing I would say is that it would have been nice if it was open before 14.00 hours. Breakfast was freshly cooked and was tasty but I would have liked mushrooms with breakfast.
I found that the room was not that clean with cobwebs in my room. Staff had a problem speaking English. On arrival after a long drive I asked if I could use the "loo" before checking in. The Man on reception did not understand the word "loo" I then repeated the question using "Lavatory". His reply was, "Yes there is electricity in your room". Only when I said "Toilet" did he comprehend what I was saying. In the evening I had to hunt for a member of staff and on one occasion actually rang the hotel to get a member of staff to serve me with a glass of beer from the bar.
