Lovely breakfast could help yourself to more coffee, you can see the breakfast being cooked infront of you.

This hotel is situated in a quite broken down area of the town so...Where do I start. I booked 2 nights and went home after one, left the key and snuck out.. The room was dingy, the bed was uncomfortable, the carpets on the stairs worn the room and bedding were clean, the bathroom I chose not to use it. The sitting room bar was closed or at least in total darkness. I was greeted but then saw no one after that. It's not what I expected. It would be okay if you just wanted somewhere to sleep nothing else, not my cup of tea. I saw the swimming pool but decided no

The hosts was pleasant, polite and helpful.
The hotel was conveniently situated for where we wanted to be.
As the saying goes you get what you pay for. So in this hotel that is the case, cheap in every aspect. Basic room with a very basic mattress, no comfort what so ever. Breakfast was with all the cheapest ingredients but the chef was as good as he could be for what he had to work with.

Decor not brill but cosy and clean, i could smell the freshly laundered bedding while going to sleep.
Peaceful and quite even though has a number of rooms.
A gorgeous full english breakfast as well as cereals on offer each morning with tea or coffee.
Yes i will definately stay again, its in the middle so pleasure beach one way and tower the other with tram stop at end of the street.

Lovely warm welcome when I arrived made to feel valued. My room was so quite and comfortable the bed was amazing.the shower was lovely and warm woth good pressure the tv in the room worked fine and the breakfast was absolutely delicious worth staying again for the breakfast. The bedding and towels were lovely and clean and fresh.
Baring in mind what I paid anything I say I didn't like is just super small things . My carpet had a stain on where someone had spilt a drink of the floor ( didn't notice untill I put my socks on in the morning. The volume on the tv was a big poor ( but I had been to 3 heavy metal concerts in a row ) but really not a huge issue and just a few bits looking tired around the edges. For the money I paid I really cant complain I have stayed in worse for alot more .
