I don't know where to start apart from this was genuinely THE BEST time me and my family have ever had at blackpool what an hotel this is and the staff was nothing but amazing we will be definitely be staying again

The pool ,was only small ,its more of a kids pool ,I would have felt uncomfortable going in it,didn't look really clean and children playing in ,its far too small

Staff was fab locastion was grate
Rooms a bit small but basic for what we needed for one night maybe just could add a long mirrow on most doors as was only little tiny one in bathroom to get ready in.

Central area good location
Very noisy and kids running around till well after midnight and music playing
Would have preferred a buffet breakfast
Booked a large double but room was very small bed right upto wall
