The Gatsby did not disappoint. Wonderful hosts and the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in! The location cant be beat, easy access to the beach and the tram. The hosts are lovely welcoming people and the breakfast is amazing. We will definitely be back and highly recommend.

Quiet location Very comfortable bed Large bathroom with nice hot shower Very clean Good well cooked breakfast
Lovely place to stay but felt a little hassled on arrival as almost the first question was what we wanted for breakfast the next day! Whilst we appreciate the need for pre ordering it may be better to give a list for people to complete & return to reception in say an hour. We must say though that the breakfast was very good, especially as no additional charge. Other than that everything was perfect & great value

Very Good
Quiet location but is close to a tram stop which is ideal to get into town in less than 15 mins. Excellent hosts and very nice cooked breakfast was provided with a wide choice. The room was spotless. All rooms appear to be modern with some tasteful art deco elements. The rooms we saw are well presented (we left late and took a sneaky peek into rooms as we passed) and there are nice furnishings and lighting throughout. We would stay again without hesitation.
Our bedroom was a little cramped but other rooms do offer more space. That said, the bathroom was spacious (included a bath) and there was also an entrance hall on entry into the room to add to the overall space.

Excellent hosts. Gave us lots of information on local facilities, restaurants etc. First class breakfast. Lovely room. Very close to the promenade and tram service.

The location and the owners were brilliant all the rooms have an ensuite bathroom is either a shower or a bath. a great position away from the idiots with a nice walk to the centre.

Lovely guest house. Well located and sparkling clean throughout. Very friendly couple running it, chatty without being overwhelming. .Craig seemingly remembers everyones names, which is a rare talent. Great breakfast with good homemade marmalade! - and haggis as an option. Mmm. Good sized bed with immaculate bedlinen.. We really enjoyed our stay. .

Much thought and effort has gone into creating this our extremely spacious showcase bedroom.
‘the gatsby room’ named after its luxurious art deco gatsby headboard is guaranteed to impress. this beautifully designed room has various eye-catching features. the superking sized ‘hypnos’ mattress with the company's strapline of ‘the most comfortable bed you’ll ever own, even the queen has one (with the official royal appointment) definitely gives an air of grandeur. it wouldn’t be complete without the finest egyptian cotton linen and ‘out of eden’ 400 thread pillows and cases.
this front elevated room with large bay window is bright, modern and spacious with the occasional hints of art deco features. furnished to a high standard including 2 large bow antique chairs and coffee table, 2 built in open accented wardrobes, 2 bed side units. a large dressing table with light up mirror. a large desk/work station either for corporate or leisure guests, 32” flat screen tv with freeview.
