Great Location - short walk to everything. Room was clean, bedding was clean, room had all the facilities that were needed. Owners were very friendly and helpful. Good view of Blackpool Tower from the window. Breakfast (full English) was exceptional. Owner heard I liked filter coffee, and provided that with both Breakfasts, that was very thoughtful. I thought the price of the room was very competitive and good value, I would be happy to stay here again, it was a great experience start to finish.

It's a small family run business. They were helpful with recommendating a few places to eat and drink. They're local to the area and wanted to make sure we had a nice time in their hometown.
Maybe wifi but most people have good internet on their phones these days.

Parking outside but in a dodgy druggie area .
I would never stay here a gain . I was the only person staying here . The welcome was very poor I was put in a nosey cold room on the 3rd floor

The breakfasts were tremendous and the staff very helpful and hospitable. The location was good for our visit to North Shore and the Regent cinema for Strictly. Also great for free parking. There is a lot of it compared with elsewhere in Blackpool.
The only criticism we had was that the room was a little on the cold side. Perhaps a better radiator or other form of heating would have been a good idea. Or more blankets or bring your dressing gowns!
