The breakfasts were tremendous and the staff very helpful and hospitable. The location was good for our visit to North Shore and the Regent cinema for Strictly. Also great for free parking. There is a lot of it compared with elsewhere in Blackpool.
The only criticism we had was that the room was a little on the cold side. Perhaps a better radiator or other form of heating would have been a good idea. Or more blankets or bring your dressing gowns!

Excellent hosts, wonderful breakfast, comfortable beds with quality linen, toiletries in bathroom, nice towels, tea and coffee facilities
Unable to use the shower, Water did not come through at all in either of the rooms. Very disappointing aspect of our stay. A shower in the morning is essential A strip wash using the basin is an unacceptable alternative The bedroom was very cool when we came back to the Hotel at 11 30pm. The heating was not on even though it was October

We arrived early, popped in to say we were there & heading down town, our rooms were ready so we were checked in, thank you
If you aren't accustomed there is noise from passing traffic, however it was the finale fireworks display & incredibly busy!

Easy to find and in walking distance from the train station/town centre. The owners were very friendly and welcoming and both myself and my friend felt safe.
The room and en-suite itself were clean and big enough for a 1 night stay.
