Very good location, near the tower and not too far from the sea front and Blackpool north train station. Very friendly staff, nice comfortable rooms, good full English breakfast and various other breakfast options, will definitely stay here again.
Bathroom was a little bit small but no complaints, everything worked fine and was a good size family room.

Very tasty breakfast and value for money. Breakfast cooked fresh to order. Good selection for breakfast.
Host very friendly and helpful.
Made to feel welcome.
Unfortunately my radiator in my room wouldn't switch off. The host managed to turn it off on request but it was red hot again the morning after.
However this little blip didn't spoil my stay.

Good location and spotlessly clean.
Nothing really, decor is a bit dated now but made no difference to our stay really.

Location great. Warm room and comfy bed.
Breakfast would have been better with mushrooms and hash brown. Some of decor could do with repainting. Stairs very steep and door to room was very heavy.
