Wonderful
Large single bed, clean shower. Plenty of towels. Back of the Hotel so quite. Only 3 bedrooms in the corridor and access to side entrance. Easy access to Blackpool Tower and the promenade. Facilities to store suitcases after checkout.The Traffird
A lot of stairs and steps and vacating the room by 10:30.

Hot tasty breakfast everyday and great teamwork that could we watch in the dining room .

Owners and staff were fantastic. Could not have been more helpful. They've really got the balance right of how available to be, whilst still giving you space. They've created a relaxed atmosphere.
It's a nice, basic, value for money B&B. Pictures are very accurate.
Location very close to shops and Blackpool tower.
Although lots of other hotels on the street and a very convenient location, we didn't feel very comfortable walking on the street after dark as there were frequent arguments outside another hotel and a derelict factory opposite. The b&b itself feels very safe though.

If I could I would rate them 12/10.
I choose them because I saw them on "4 in a bed" many years ago and I was not disappointed
It's a family run business. The owners are very friendly and polite.
The rooms are clean and have anything you need.
I got one of the small rooms and it was perfect for a 2 night stay but I would recommend one of the larger ones for a longer stay.
It's just minutes away from all main attraction and shopping area.

Did not take Breakfast, location was fine once found way about but will be no problem in future, found more places to eat and drink as weekend went on.
