Did not take Breakfast, location was fine once found way about but will be no problem in future, found more places to eat and drink as weekend went on.
Maybe only top floor for someone my age but not really a problem

It was very welcoming and clean. Perfect breakfast made freshly to order.
The mattresses were hard, especially the children's bunk beds.

Warm welcome when we arrived, room was nice and clean, beds was comfy. Breakfast was nice. My daughter liked playing pacman in the lounge

The staff are ignorant. Rude and very unreasonable.
My partner got spiked at a gig. He was acting erratic. They call the police which was fair enough. He got lifted. I got a phone call early in the morning telling me I had to leave the hotel. Even tho I wasn’t at the hotel when my partner was kicking off. I paid for 2 nights. They put me out, no refund and no where to go, even tho they knew my partner was in the cells.
He was arrogant from the get go. Will never return. I don’t know anyone who would make a women vulnerable 100 miles away from home. Will never return to this hotel again or recommend
