Unmatched location when attending Rebellion! Great for Pleasure Beach, too. And the shower was easy to use and had great water pressure. Bed was comfy. Room was small but fine.
New owners are still getting settled. They seemed nice but just took over a month before. Things we were expecting from the previous reviews when we booked weren’t offered anymore—or if they were, weren’t communicated at check-in. No breakfast or WiFi. That said, still good value and we’re hopeful they’ll settle in over time!

The staff were very welcoming and helped me with my luggage on arrival and offering there help at all times
Not really the owners problem more of a weather problem l, because we was put on the highest floor we really suffered with the heat they did provide a fan which we are greatful for, but has the heat rised the room got hotter at times

Superb place, spotless and luxurious room and facilities. And what a breakfast, lovely. Lynsay and Craig are a credit to this place, very nice genuine people. Helped me in my hour of need with advice after being rescued from a previous place, can't wait for nxt time.

Lindsey and Craig are polite and friendly hosts. The breakfast was more than adequate and served in a very pleasant dining room. The whole building is kept clean, as are bedding and towels. I has an extremely enjoyable stay and look forward to the next visit.

The bedding was comfy and clean and the hosts were really friendly and accommodating.
The room temp was always a little too warm in the morning with no visible means of temperature control. No big deal though, and we didn't query it at the time so maybe something missed by us.
