Nice room but needs a make over like wallpaper was coming off
Toilet was making a noise when I flushed and didn’t stop all night. This is a warning to those who get room 1.

Nothing this property is appalling it’s not what’s advertised on booking.com
Electricity wires exsposed in a cupboard opposite our room manager was very drunk the owners are abusive and not very nice via text it’s not what’s advertised at all it looks nothing like the pictures and is not family friendly at all. Claimed it’s cleaned every 2 days looks like it’s never been cleaned literally the floors are dusty on the stairs

I got us rooms that was together I paid 90 for rooms and our neighbours was drunk and had us up all night I was a complete joke my granddaughter was petrified of the banging at the door knocking at our door early hours of the morning my granddaughter was screaming
I didn't like noise from the people facing us it was a horrible experience they had music going from us arriving till about 5 in the morning

All of it. Dirty. door lock not working properly paint work not finished properly carpets old and smelly. Only 1 electric socket working couldn't watch the TV. Left after 2 nights and booked a different hotel for the last night .awe

Very little. The location is good. That’s probably about it
Where do I start. We got there pretty late, checked in. Guy at the reception seemed nice, then it went downhill from there.
Room was rank. Smelt of damp, was unhygienic, stuff splattered on the walls. Bathroom was dirty and shower flooded. This was on first impression. After going out, came back to get some needed rest, this is when we kept getting rudely awoken by permanent residents (which we weren’t told about) constantly banging on doors and shouting all night.
This hotel houses the homeless which can make it quite an unsafe environment. The whole hotel gave a hostel feel. We mentioned this when asked the following morning and was played down.
Booked for 3 nights. Only stayed the 1. It almost ruined our trip, had we not found another hotel.

Staff member that took over on the second morning, told us we needed to check out even though we had booked 2 nights. He did leave after checking but we didn’t appreciate it.

The one staff was okay polite and today when we was leaving, we asked the staff if we could leave our baggage at the hotel while we spend time in Blackpool because our train time he says it okay but the other member of staff the Asian man turn around raise his voice my partner and told us to get our things and get out which was not very nice
The way the other member of staff, the Asian man spoke to my partner, raise his voice and everything like that
