The location is great, close to two Piers and first line to the beach, and tram station right opposite the room had an amazing view. The staff were very friendly and there hospitality exceeded the average, they organised for us visits to the Zoo, Tram tour to see the lights, home made Breakfast and Dinner, they also have nice bar for a drink and a pool game and don't forget to ask for their special Ice Cream dessert, amazing!! Thank you for your hospitality we made lovely memories and definitely we will be back someday.

Perfect location and very clean rooms. Smells so fresh. Very friendly staff and spot on breakfast. Has an amazing sea view room. Parking was in front of the hotel. Best for the value. Definitely be back.

Location was good. Linen and towels were clean.
Sea view double room - too small which I suppose is acceptable for the price.
Gets very warm and stuffy in summer. No fan. The larger window doesn't open but there's a small side window which opens at the top.
Water pressure very low. During busy times, such as in the mornings, water just stops!
Coffee spoon was not clean.

Bed was very comfy, convenient parking and friendly hosts
We were offered breakfast as an extra, but part of breakfast was ok, the rest was overcooked.
There was a bar available but drinks in fridge were warm, lounge area were used as push bike storage. Just felt whole place needed a good refurb

Came to Blackpool 10 years ago prior to this trip..saw a massive difference..beach full of rubbish due to people not taking their stuff such a shame Blackpool as gone down hill

I Don t recomand to nobody this hotel.When i make booking to stay 1 day,On their site didn t write nothing about parking fees 10£.I arrived there I didn t want to pay and they say I can't stay there,I come from Birmingham 130 miles.And after they call police.I never seen this kind of people in my life!I will speack and with booking about what they do.

Hot water tap I had to mess around with the tap to get hot water. Then when the hot water came out it was too hot. Tried to turn it down then it would go off . So I had to try again.
