Everything no welcome the rooms were cold on arrival no light/or bulb in the room needed to tell the owner about empty alcohol bottle and rubbish

Comfy bed.
Staff asked for 10 parking charge (advertised as free parking). Cars were parked outside and reving their engines loudly, to make their exhausts pop. Loud music till late at night. Milk for only 2 drinks. No fruit (as advised)

No plug in the sink no staff around to get any information some guests were very noisy at 2am not wheel chair friendy no ramp

Everything was fab the owner sunny was so friendly and helpful nothing was to much trouble, very attentive if we needed anything all we had to do was ask and it was done . Always asking if we needed anything . It's a lovely sea front hotel good value for money and we will be staying again at The sea princess

The hotel is an old place about 150 years old. But the room we stayed in was good enough for 3 of us. And the sea view was spectacular. The staff was very friendly and understanding.
