Had a great stay. The room was very spacious and clean. Really appreciated the fridge to keep drinks cool and nice touches like usb charging ports by the bed. The bed itself was super comfortable, I had such a great sleep. The owners were lovely and very helpful. I'll definitely stay here again when I'm in Blackpool.

Eddie and Michael, the owners, were the very best hosts. My room was spotlessly clean and welcoming. They seemed to cater for every need. I'd definitely recommend this establishment.

Room was nice and clean, hosts Mick and Eddie were super hospitable and friendly; even gave us a discount card for a plethora of various entertainment and dining locations which was really a cherry on top. Their dogs are very nice and cute too if you are a fan!

Fantastic welcome from the hosts. Room was clean and had everything you may need. Nice little touches with fridge, choices of teas, biscuits and chocolates. Complimentary toiletries in the shower. Iron and ironing board too.

Everything about this property is excellent ! Awesome place will deffo stay again.
When you have to search for something you didnt like you know its a great hotel. The TV could prob have done with being a bit bigger.

Owners were very helpful and attentive. They let us check in earlier without the fuss. TV wasn't working properly in our room so they moved us to the better room straight away and helped us carry our luggage. Very clean and nice amenities. Little treats and herb teas were a bonus!

SO IMPRESSED.
Micheal & Eddie were so welcoming. Their hotel is lovely, decor really modern. Everywhere is spotlessly clean. Crisp white bedding a fresh fluffy towels. The little added extras were so nice too, tea. coffee different fruity teas. Toiletries provided within the bathroom. Really nice quiet area not too far walk for pubs restaurants and the main part of Blackpool. Oh and the chandelier in the hallway was exceptional darling ?
Amazing hosts so so lovely. And thank you for the lovely card and white wine for my partners birthday it was a really nice and thoughtful touch.
We will be returning booking the king room next time. See you again soon. Thank you and best wishes

Lovely room, somewhere you could chill out, even had a fridge, a comfy sofa, and a big telly, the host was very friendly and helpful, and let us have the room early which was helpful to get rid of our bags

We received an excellent welcome not only from the owners but their beautiful pups, the room was spacious and comfortable, we slept so well and couldn't fault it at all, we will definitely be back
I think my partner had a grumble about someone shouting on the front street at around 5am but I didn't hear it and not the hotels fault, we booked a room at the front of the building
