Great breakfast,room clean and tidy,for what we paid it was really good value for money!
Our room door didn’t lock,reported it to reception before we went out at about 5pm and it still didn’t lock when we got back at midnight,luckily nothing was taken though,room 334

Staff were helpful. The bed was comfortable.
The cooked breakfast was poor, and not very tasty. Some of the paintwork in our room wasn’t good. The door didn’t close properly..Stickers on the headboard. The entrance to the Hotel was appalling.

The food was excellent and the staff very friendly the hotel it's self is beautiful especially the dinning room the ceilings are gorgeous I have stayed there about 3 or 4 times now me and my husband and I would deffo recommend to my friends
The windows could open up a bit more as it does get quite warm in the rooms that can be a little uncomfortable but other than that all is fine

I stay here a few times a year nice room comfortable bed shower great nice view looking across and down towards tower breakfast was spot on all cooked perfect runny eggs my favourite. quality produce bar reasonable prices .looking forward too coming back ,carpark across the road 17.00 pound 48hrs secure parking

Shower didn’t work,A 3” feeder pipe for the radiator ran from the bathroom to the bedroom and was on most of the time making the room unbearablely hot even with the windows open. Reported to staff . Nothing was fixed during my stay. Room 214.

Me and my friend got locked in the lift for all most 2-1/2 hours before anyone came to us to let us out as the lift door had come off its runners apart from that i had a anxiety attack but was helped when we finely got out.
