Big hotel with plenty of things to do within the hotel if you didn't want to go out.Perfectly placed to enjoy Blackpool without being on top of of everything.Being on the 3rd floor was quiet even though there was entertainment on the ground floor.Clean and tidy throughout and easy parking outside hotel if none available on site .
Just a little bit outdated but did not detract from the overall experience.

The staff were good ,location near transport was good along with free parking
Bedroom door didn’t lock also the bathroom door was broken,tv overhang the bathroom door dangerously! At head height, old property with lovely features but desperately needed a deep clean

The breakfast was fairly good
The staff were miserable and none sociable
The hotel wasn't very clean
Dirty and dust everywhere
No entertainment
No games
No pool/spa or leisure facilities
No bar until 4pm
Not a very good variety of food
Very dated and in need of decorating/upgrading
Not enough staff to cover for the hotel and it's 3 Star grading wants taking away, because they don't deserve it.
We won't be coming back, it's a terrible hotel. We spent most of our time at the local pub opposite.
