The breakfast was fairly good
The staff were miserable and none sociable
The hotel wasn't very clean
Dirty and dust everywhere
No entertainment
No games
No pool/spa or leisure facilities
No bar until 4pm
Not a very good variety of food
Very dated and in need of decorating/upgrading
Not enough staff to cover for the hotel and it's 3 Star grading wants taking away, because they don't deserve it.
We won't be coming back, it's a terrible hotel. We spent most of our time at the local pub opposite.

the room was clean and view was nice.
TV was situated so that it was not easy to watch from the bed. it lacked a comfortable chair to relax in. We had booked all inclusive, breakfast and evening meal.However, on two of the evenings we were not offered the evening buffet meal but told we would be served at the table as there were so few people staying. The meals we were served were dry, cold and inedible. We resorted to eating out a another restaurant. We would have reported our complaint but there was no one to complain to as there were only two staff who were busy doing other things. It really spoilt our stay which was a birthday treat.

The pictures make it seem like a really nice place but when got to room might have well got a back street b&b for £20 just to put my head down the pictures on booking.com need to be altered and show what the rooms really look like

Exceptional
Lovely couple who own the Guest house. Make you feel very welcome. Easy access to Norwich, literally a 5min drive into the centre. Along with being accessible to all major roads into and out of Norwich. Cromer is 30 mins from there.
I'm a biker and find it Ideal for my bike.
There is nothing to not like!
Beautiful place with a wonderful well kept garden and private carpark..

It's a lovely hotel with some very nice features. Room was great, couldn't complain.
I couldn't get into the hotel after 11pm. Literally had to rattle the window after standing outside in the cold for 30 mins.
