Grimy, unclean, black mould around the bath. Couldn’t have a bath, only a shower as no way to get taps to run into the bath. Curtains hanging of the curtain railings.

Beds were very uncomfortable so hard and lumpy. The room was dirty, the carpets were badly stained, i even found a false nail in the carpet. Holes in the walls. We asked for a family room as we have 2 younger children. One double bed and a single in the main room and another single bed in another room, poor husband had to sleep alone. Our room was right by the kitchen, leaving us with the roaring sound of the extractor fans which woke us up promptly at 6am every morning and did not go off untill 10pm! The heat in the room was unbearable. We booked this hotel as it says they have their own private carpark, however there are not many spaces and they are not permitted per room so it's pot luck if you can park here or not. We did make these comments to the help desk but was met with a rather rude middle aged lady who said there was nothing she could do as we made our booking online. We were given 2 fans to help with the heat but the only plug socket in the room was under the tv which was no where close to the bed.

It was not likeable. My room had to be changed because of horrible stain on floor.
Dirty room until we got moved which wasn't a lot better. So disappointed..will never stay again. Sorry...

Located just outside the busy Blackpool centre with easy access to the tram service.
Paid for 3 breakfasts on Sunday morning. Came down just after 9.30am to find service had already finished despite information on the website saying weekend breakfast was served until 10.30 am. Told by staff member that breakfast always finished at 9.30am. Maybe we should have been told the breakfast times when we booked in or had some information in the rooms?
