Friendly staff and room was clean and bed comfortable
Room was small with a window that wouldnt open and had frosted glass so couldnt see out of it..a little to far out from the town centre

Decent location, idea for a couple nights in Blackpool, easy access to tram and attractions.
Needs updating but for value for its money it was good.

Comfortable bed. Slept well. Breakfast O K.
Everything awful. ...Very noisy and unpleasant. 2 TV's on lounge on loud at all times. No room service. Bathroom mixer tap on shower, would not stay on bath. Reception staff impolite.
