The location is perfect.
The room clean but a lot noise from upstairs as you can hear clearly someone come back at 3am in the morning and walk around the premise.

The bathroom door was not fixed properly and the showers were leaking as well.. also the room says sea view but it's not a sea view hotel..

Location is fantastic! Just off the beach with free parking nearby! The owner was really welcoming too.
There were some tea stains in the bottom of the tray, beds weren't too comfy & the bathroom was tiny. Room was quite old fashioned too with only freeview on the tv, which was also very high up in the wall.

Loved how close it was to the beach, pier, and shops. The room was amazing and a lot of space, very modern and great value for money. Very quiet hotel, very clean and smelt lovely. Bedding and floors spotless. Within reach and practical if you have kids who just want the beach :) shops and take out facing which came in handy. Fantastic, definitely be back soon. Well done because I've stayed in previous ones that have been extremely poor. ( I hope you got room 14 keys back safely )
Bed springs on bed made sleeping a little difficult, but i do have a previous broken back. Didn't know where to leave keys on check out, so I had to video myself leaving them and locking the door behind me. Parking wasn't free. I had to pay 15.00 for carpark at the top of the road, although i imagine their would be free parking facing the hotel if available and nobodys parked their already.. The shower needs updating and modernising to bedroom decor.
