Only drawback is the parking which is basically none existent in the area.

Blackpool is disgusting totally run down, I don't think I'll ever go again, move 100 yards from dissapointing sea front and the place is a total hovel

The staff were friendly, attentive and very understanding. Our room was exactly like the pictures shown on booking.com. Bed was comfy and the room was clean.
Theres nothing that the staff could have done about this but no parking was a bit of a pain. However there is parking not far from the hotel.
