Mouldy food was in the bedroom drawers
Blinds was broken
Shower didn’t work as couldn’t keep it at a good temperature it was scorching hot constantly
Bed must have bed bugs Mrs has been bitten all over mould all over the shower floor edges

Lovely little hotel, amazing staff, moved their car so we could park ours right outside, lovely and friendly
There was no WiFi there was a password on my daughters room door but it didn’t work, apart from that everything else was great

Unclean, decor was way outdated, dirty cups, dirty skirting boards, dirty window ledges, outdated bathroom, strong smell of cigarette smoke within the property, could hear the owners very loudly in their home downstairs.

Location wise was exactly where i wanted + Check In Time Slot + Decent Newish Ensuite. But Thats Literally All Thats Good To Say!
TV Wasnt Working (told staff nothing done!) Cold Drafty Noisey Window That Wouldnt Close Properly + No radiator/heating so was very cold. Hard Uncomfy Tired Old Single Bed With No Headboard (just worn away wallpaper!!) Paper thin Walls Had Next Doors TV blasting through the wall All Night + Staff Let Other Guests Be As Noisey As They Want Slamming Doors/Shouting Etc (Hen/Birthday Party + Next Door As Mentioned) Needless to say Not Happy One Bit As I mentioned All This To The Lad Takeing The bookings Etc in 1 ear + Out the other!! I stayed in the single bed Ensuite room (NO PICS ON SITE) ill add some on review so you no in advance what your getting as dont expect anything fixed or helped once your there and they have your money. Put me off staying again which is unforunate.

Pleasant near to everything had my 3rd stay here
Only thing is no lift and no one offered to help with my heavy case was on top floor this is my only fault
