The price,location.
the parking,had to leave the keys at reception as they moved the car 3 times,also they don't advertise swimming pools but the puddles in the car park would qualify.

Absolutely nothing to like about this hotel!!
If your considering it please look elsewhere!!
It was a positive they had no food on offer due to the poor cleanliness.
Everything!!
Dirty surroundings, furniture, carpets, door filthy, door takes around 20minutes to lock and unlock
Lights flickering, blinds all curled up and didn't close together. Rain poured in glasses everywhere to catch the drips.... Pack your antibacterial hand gel you'll need it

Nothing it was more like faulty towers everything was falling down the music was on really late didn’t finish until 11 clock ask to turn it down but didn’t too late for kids that
There was no food at this place no lifts for disabled people it looked liked it was falling down could do with a lick of paint won’t ever book here again the parking was a joke and £10 a day takes the Mickey

Location on the sea front
Bed was very uncomfortable could feel springs in mattress not enough covers on bed window letting in strong wind was whistling all night shower doors hard too open blinds on window didn't fit whole window main door handle very loose.didnt look like the picture on line windsor now missing off front of hotel it looks like pictures are when it first opened not updated.

The lady on the desk, very welcoming and made effort with us, location was a good spot
Leaks from ceiling in main door, the mattress was marked badly and also the bathroom floor was very dirty, the owner was not very helpful when ask about the shower and hot water

Advertised breakfast but wasn't available same as evening meal ask for extra pillow sadly didn't get one water came into room from bad weather informed member staff carpent was wet to the bed staff gave me 2 towels to put on the floor but staff never came to look to see the damp cleaner never came to top up tea coffee as we booked 3 nights bar open but very Limited and prices on drinks was not on show

Front door and inside door smashed. One guy running the whole hotel. The room was miles away. Roof tile in shower broke. Only a few slates of blinds so can't get changed. Window doesn't close fully so cold and a sign saying if you leave window open there could be theft. Tiny room have to duck to get into the bathroom. To be honest I don't know what I was expecting for the price but we didn't stay.

comfy beds. no bother from staff when going in and out
could have been cleaner. other guests running wild at all hours of the night screaming n shouting. hidden fees left right n center. no lift facilities so expect to carry your cases up the stairs. provides wifi however it doesn’t work. black mould in bathrooms.
