Good
Great entertainment and spacious rooms. Good location, tram stop outside
Not told about needing to pre order food or pre booking parking. I seen signs to say could upgrade to all inclusive but wasn’t asked or told about this option

Our bedroom had a sea view ,which was a bonus
The shower door came of the runner
Teaspoons in our bedroom were dirty
The shelf, directly above the beds ,was very dirty
A bit more attention to detail needed
We did report these issues to reception, but nothing was done

The staff are lovely, and the location is perfect just outside the hustle of Blackpool but the tram stops across the road.
The room above was very noisy and sounded like Elephants above, they had kids running around past midnight (not the hotel fault but if you have an inconsiderate family above you will know about it). The parking is a bit tedious as some bays are down the side of the hotel and if someone parks in a non bay you're blocked in until said car is moved.

Pleasant
The lay-out of the family room. The close proximity of the Tramline stops.
Dirty Hallway Carpet and our expected "Sea View" was the side of a derelict building.

Pleasant
Comfy bed, loads of space in our room, good if your just coming to sleep.
£105 for a sea view double bed is a little high price especially when the windows were dirty and was hard to actually see. Toilet big flush didn’t work. Lift is tiny and makes an absolute racket, no where to park the car unless you pre book but then you end up getting blocked in anyway.

Exceptional
It’s was nice and clean could do with a little cosmetic tidy in a few places
The grey lift facing the bar was a little frightening for my son as when you get out in second floor it banged when door was open my son thought the door was going to jam so he wouldn’t get back in lift and the parking I telephoned about parking and was told to park on arrival but the hadn’t reserved spaces for our 3 cars

In the bathroom with screws among just sat on the window silk, silicon sealant, hanging out of the edge of the tiles mucky carpet with not vaced door was cracked in bottom corner lift had cellatape on the ground button and duck tape round the instructions on the lift damp paint in window unfinished paint around sockets with masking tape left on i have pictures and videos as proof towards this and receptionists confirmed the room got missed by cleaners I would highly recommend to avoid this place at all cost i have more pictures and videos that it wouldn't let me upload them
