Friendly reception on arrival. Excellent entertainment on our 1st night. Went out on the other nights.
I really didn't think the breakfast was worth 12.50. I definitely would not pay that again. Very small full English & poor options

The service from the staff from the moment we booked up until we left was fantastic. They were very helpful. There was also a tram stop just across from the hotel. We were in a refurbish room which was nice.
The lift in the building was very antiquated and tiny, didnt feel very secure. The drainage of the shower seemed very slow, felt like if Id been washing my hair it wouldve overflowed. Not a major one but there was no shower gel/body wash in the room

Friendly and well situated on the beach front. Only three floors not too busy. Plenty of seating in the bar. Traditional Blackpool hotel.
The only downside was that mattress on the beds were not the comfortable.

Pleasant
It was clean and the bed was comfortable, it was a good distance away from all the noise of the centre. Staff were friendly enough.
If went again in the future I would request to be on top floor away from entertainment area and maybe sea view as had no flood lights shining in.
We were in a room right about the entertainment area, noise was extremely loud until half 12, if knowing this I would of stayed out of room longer. Room had 2x small windows, each had vertical blinds that were too small for window, gaps either side, no curtains and outside the room there were flood lights that did not turn off, so room was lit up the whole night. Very Poor
Brilliant entertainment at night and very friendly bar staff, Even make kids feel welcome in the bar at night which is a bonus as we came as a family.
Rooms could of done with a better clean and should be get a cheak over before guest cheack in as my 2 year old child picked up a sealy bag containing traces of DRUGS off the bedroom floor!!!! Reported this to reception and told the room would get a deep clean, I think they literally went in and made the beds as there was still crumbs on the carpet which were there when we cheaked in and hairs etc in the bath that we didn't even use. The parking was also a big let down as advertised on site parking if booked, I rang the hotel weeks before arriving and booked for 2 cars and got told on the phone we got the last 2 spots. When we arrived we were sent to a bit of waste land up the road behinde a pub full off glass and pot holes, Not ideal when arriving in a expensive car! And the other driver is disabled and snuggles to walk. Should mabe state on site and off site parking available first come first served. Big let down as me and my partner have stayed at this hotel several times and loved it with no problems in the past. Decided to bring ower child and my parents with us this time and was very disappointed.

Very Poor
Great hotel with brilliant entertainment at night and very polite freindly staff on the bar, Even kids are made to feel welcome down in the bar at night.
Room could of been cleaned better and should get a good cheak over before guest arrive as my 2 year old daughter picked up a sealy bag containing traces of drugs of the bedroom floor! Got told the room would get a deep clean after reporting the issue to reception, I think they literally went up and made the bed as there was still crumbs etc on carpet and dirty marks in sink in the bathroom and hairs in the bath that we had not used . Also let down by the on site parking that turned out to be a bit of waste land down the road full of big pot holes and glass, Not ideal when arriving in an expensive car expecting onsite parking as stated and the other driver on the trip is disabled and snuggles to walk. These issues let the stay down as me and my partner have stayed at the hotel several times and had no problems at all. Even got on site parking outside the hotel every time we have booked it in the past. Decided to take ower child and my parents away with us and that happened which has put us of returning unfortunately.
