Accommodation was basic heating in room was off so room freezing if you got a shower water was warm/hot then suddenly it would go freezing and the English breakfast is disgusting bacon and sausage.rip off don't pay for it

Really enjoyed our stay. Very helpful staff. The room was very spacious. Comfortable mattress and the breakfast was amazing. We will definitely return
The only one negative is there was any. The shower pressure wasn't amazing but still acceptable given its a big hotel.

The staff and how comfortable the beds were, plenty of space and a suggested comment would be for a small table and chairs to fill out the area with somewhere else to sit :)

Location good breakfast was ok entertainment was good
Room could have done with a coat of paint marks all over the wall.windows need replacing as you can hear all the noise outside when full closed .Bar prices were steep .Life's were rubbish just about fit 2 people in.

Our room had terrible Windows that would not show properly and was letting a really awful drift in
The TV remote did not work with the TV
And some of the lights/bulbs were out
The entertainment was okay, but unfortunately there wasn’t enough seating for the amount of people there
So we found ourselves having to stay holding our drinks

Room too hot, couldnt turn down and window wouldnt open. Got lost as like a maze, big hotel. Need bigger lifts.

Room 222 needs updating. 3/4 bath, no shower, nowhere to hang towels, dressing table and wardrobe very worn with marks. Only 1 bedside table even though room to put one. Bathroom cramped, can use loo and wash at same time. Hotel was like a maze, hard to get bearings. Heating on/off. Lounge area was cold at times.

When I booked a family room they showed me 2 double beds and one single bed. but there was one double bed 2 bunk beds and a sofa bed. When i asked staff to change they said they dont have any other avialbility. they did not even componstate

Large family rooms with sea view gave us lots of space, parking £10 per night, we managed to park at 11am on the day of check in and came back later at night to physically check in to the room.
Room was clean with plenty of fresh clean towels and bedding.
NYE entertainment was great.
Slightly dated and the window ok the room whistled all night with the wind. Expected for the age and sea front but I suspect rooms at the back wouldn’t have had the problem.
