Royal Boston was great hotel very clean bed was very comfortable we had a family vroom with sea view couldn’t fault it in anyway breakfast was really good usuall full English cereals toast the full boohna Defoe will be back
Only slight snag to far away from pleasure beach but a had car and tram stops right outside hotel

Allowed late check in
Blinds in the room were broken so let in a lot of light.
Bathroom was a bit smelly (sewage) when we first arrived
Pillows weren’t very comfy (but they are never as good as home, no matter where you stay)

We stopped in the large family room. Friendly welcome, lovely comfort bed and great to have a huge room with a front and back window and a sea view.
Needs a bit of TLC.
The family room in next to the lift so you hear everyone. The doors are poor so I'm sure if they upgraded them to solid thick fire doors the noise would reduce massively. Also it's bang above the entertainment so if you want an early night, expect the vibration of the Bass Bins to come through.
However,for under £45 for the night. Well worth the money !!

Sea view and friendly helpful staff made to feel very welcome and night time entertainment was very good
Good sea view with good size room
Material on beds was falling off blinds some missing leaving room for light and curtains not fitted to close
When had wind outside there was a bad smell in bathroom
However room was clean staff where friendly and helpful and as family had a very good week away overall
