Clean and good location
Lift broke down twice. We had to wheel our luggage around the building to get to a working lift. These were so small that a person and a couple of cases were able to fit.

Tv didn't work - ariel didn't connect, no hot water in shower at all. Breakfast was 8.30am till 9am but wasn't informed at check in or on information. Breakfast was honestly terrible quality

Room was very warm and comfortable, bathroom very nice, evening entertainment was great, reception/bar staff were very busy bit very professional and helpful at all times. Breakfast was ideal with a good range and breakfast staff excellent

The only nice thing was the staff was helpful once they came to the Bar or reception
The tv don’t work and the room was not very clean and stood around waiting for staff to answer any questions

There was an overwhelming stench of sewage in the corridor and in our room, we had to have all the windows open but it made no difference, I was literally awake all night because the smell was so strong.
The shower didn’t get hot for a substantial amount of time, and when it finally did, it was scalding, there was no in between so we couldn’t use it.

The staff were really friendly! Very polite and extremely helpful.
The hotel was lovely and quiet at night.
It was very clean, the reception and bar area looked lovely and welcoming
Bed was a little uncomfortable, could feel the springs.
