Room was like a sauna, toilet didn’t flush, room was tiny, tired and in need of a refurb. Three times I tired to call and was never answered. 30 mins calling when someone was at reception. Biggest issue was the blaring music from 8pm to midnight. Do not come here and especially if you have kids.

Room was VERY small
The room had wires hanging out the wall and tv was on a chair
We left as the toilet also didn’t flush so they refunded our room.

Room was good, Staff were very good helpful and knowledgeable all were good but reception staff really went the extra mile
Widows in the room closed but did not lock letting in Drafts. However the hot water in the bathroom was in my opinion dangerously hot. Carpet in room was creased It has stretched since being laidA comfy hotel overall Entertainment was on the whole good however the music was extremely loud at times overshadowing the singers ,there could have been more bingo I did notice a number of guests left the venue straight after the bingo.

The view
The room was nothing like advertised the TV didn't work all you could hear was the entertainment from downstairs and we had paid for a family room with a sea view and was only offered a double room with no sea view as an alternative there was an absolute fowl smell throughout the whole of the hotel

Space in room also divided as we had our 18 year old boy with us gave space and privacy.
Water pressure millions of flushes to clear toilet and shower was either scaling or cold. Couldn’t use hot tap in bathroom due to exceptional hotness. Tv in second room would not tune in.
