I liked the location and the price I think it’s a fair price for what you get.
I didn’t like the bathroom the way the toilet was you had to sit side ways to avoid your knees hitting the wall, but it was clean and for the money the rest of the room was comfortable.

The location was just what we wanted- out of Blackpool centre but easy to reach with local transport. The staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.

check in was ok and very fast
the check in staff were really nice but being told there was an outstanding balance when i had already paid then tried to charge me for 4 breakfasts instesd of 2 already paid the room was very basic for what money i paid the toilet seat broken the tv wasnt even connected the room looked at first ok then noticed all the furniture in the room was old and laminate cracked on the dressing table the bed was really uncomfortable and as i always do when leaving a hotel i stripped the bed to help the house keepers when they come to clean the room the pillows were disgusting all stained and blood marks on one the lift was dirty supposed to take 4 people no chance i knowits under new ownership and these things take time but dirty bedding no excuse the only saving grace for the room was the bath and really hot water all the time the breakfast staff were run off their feet but they all had a smile its was really busy and they wer deffinatly short staffed

This hotel has it right . Room comfy and clean . Evening entertainment and good priced drinks . The hotel is very dog friendly . Staff made the dog very welcome . Location is perfect for quiet beach walk and tram into Blackpool . Gem of a find with this hotel .
We would have had the meal option if there was an area to eat that was pet friendly .
