The breakfast was great.
Room was cramped. Shower was freezing. (Complained several times to no avail). Receptionist stunk of b o. No bar (was promised last year it would be open as last year it was closed for refurbishment),
5 years on the trot 12 of us have been using this hotel and it has rapidly went downhill over the last two years.
WE WILL NOT BE RETURNING.

Within walking distance to everything
Bathroom and floors were dirty throughout room. Bar and restaurant not open

Holes in the walls, room not clean, milk for drinks in our room was out of date the cups provided wasnt clean, our friends room the shower was broken.

Room was comfortable and I had been upgraded to a double room, which was a pleasant surprise. Staff were very helpful and answered any queries I had. Didn't mind when I locked my key in my room.
Could do with some upgrading, but after covid I guess thats a hard thing to do in the current climate. This is perhaps being a little "picky".

I got sent to the Royal Boston it cost me 279 at the Royal Alexander and it was 240 2 pound that they're all Boston not happy nothing
