Great kerb appeal with lovely Halloween decorations. Everything you need in a budget hotel with a hot shower. Fantastic location.
Some extra blankets would have been nice as it was cold. Some extra pillows would have good too.

The room was very spacious and clean. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The ladies were absolutely lovely and the bar area looked so fab!
The only thing I wasnt a fan of was the shower, the pressure wasnt great but still overall was a fantastic stay!

Lisa and Lee and lilly were amazing and helped us find parking near the hotel and also for my disabled son to attend the pleasure Beach, which was a great help.
Rooms were clean and perfect for a family wkend away. Hidden gem in Blackpool

Nothing to be totally honest
Far to many stairs and no lift for elderly family members, shower didnt work all weekend until the morning we were going home. Anytime we went to reception to ask about the shower etc nobody was ever around. The carpet in our room was a mess as well

The location
Neither the room nor the shower room were clean. The TV didnt work. The radiator, which was filthy, didnt work. A plug in heater was provided, but if you wanted to use it and the kettle, you had to use an extension lead which was hanging from the wall. The beds were small singles, not singles as expected, and there was no bedside table. Areas of the ceiling tiles were stained and broken. There were no contact details to report the problems. The bar was closed before 9.00pm.

Friendly and very welcoming hosts. We would return again with pleasure
The couple who were in charge were lovely. Very good and accommodating. Great value for money! for accommodation in that area. The hosts are the best!
Bar prices were very steep. There is no parking, so add another $20 for an overnight stay at the nearby municipal car park.
