Very Poor
Good location
Poor cleanliness of room. No toilet paper or towels in bathroom, I had to ask at reception for them. Shower door broken, shampoo dispenser empty. Uncomfortable bed, wardrobe felt like it was about to fall apart. The wall socket for the kettle was hidden behind the desk and the cable was too short to reach. I had to move the desk and place the kettle on the floor to use it. When I phoned prior to my arrival to extend my stay for another night the staff were unfriendly and hung up the phone on me. The hotel management contacted me after my stay and threatened me with legal action for leaving a poor review.

Poor
Not much. The breakfast was very good and the servers were wonderful.
The room was super small and in bad need of a paint job. The carpet was crusty and the bathroom needed lots of loving. We had to ask for our room to be cleaned. Out of 6 nights they cleaned it twice. We had to ask for clean towels and toilet paper. They don’t clean the bathroom properly. The hotel is run down and appears they want your money but don’t want to give you anything for it. I would never recommend this hotel.

Nothing
Place was filthy was never cleaned we had no heating in our room when we asked staff we got a plug in heater 7 hours after asking . Got into bed and a massive hole in the mattress ,I then took bed covers off and see there is blood and urine all over the mattress . Was supposed to stay 2 nights and left after the first night . We slept in our coats . Have asked for a refund and im being refused my refund . There was also dog hair all over the room with damp patches . Didn't receive towels until asks then took seven hours to receive them when the heater was dropped . Heater in the bathroom didnt work so couldn't shower. My six year old cried herself to sleep with the cold that night

Very Good
It was cosy, warm and clean. The view from the room and breakfast room was lovely. The older man who served us at breakfast was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great and there was lots of choice.
The toilet near reception was filthy. Looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in days. No toilet roll either. The TV didn’t work. Was told it was due to winds but the room next to ours was working. There was a water sound coming from the shower plug throughout the night which was irritating.

Exceptional
Stayed here last week and we can't fault it at all , room was clean, food was beautiful staff were welcoming ,we would like to give a special shout out to Martin who couldn't do enough for you , very friendly and efficient. Looking out to sea when u have you meals was beautiful and they gave us a upgrade to a sea view room for our honeymoon couldn't ask for more ?
Having to pay parking per night and not guarantee a space it makes you feel like u can't go out at night as fear of not being able to park , and only one plug socket in the room which made it difficult to plug in TV, kettle,my husband's machine and phones so take a extension apart from that can't fault it
