Convenient for Tower, clean, great staff, great breakfast & really good value for money. Room small, as expected but plenty of storage, good shower, hot water, really great value.

The location is very close to Winter Gardens, so it was perfect for us. Very old accomodation, not very comfortable, small room, but quite clean.

Disappointing
Broken window in bathroom, no heating, so extremely cold Bedroom clean G tidy with facilities, but also on the chilly side, slept with winter coat on the bed.
Access in and out good, staff friendly, breakfast area, well stocked, clean and staff attentive.

The staff were absolutely amazing and couldn't do enough for us. We had the best New Year's Eve party ever and we felt so included. My son would not leave to go home until he had said goodbye to the lady who ran the B&B, we will definitely return!
