Nice, clean, friendly location. Good sized bar area with pool table and big TV.
Our room was nice and spacious. Decent sized bathroom and shower area.
Nothing. Would happily stay here again. In fact we have already booked for June next year.

The owners were Absolutely lovely and very professional and friendly.
They work so hard and nothing was too much trouble .

Fabulous location, near to the Tower. Room was clean and breakfast was very good with plenty on offer. Staff very pleasant and welcoming.
Room was tiny with two beds. Just one bedside table which was situated at the side of one bed and the bottom of the other. The bedside table didn't really have enough space on it for the lamp, kettle, two mugs and tea, coffee etc. No hairdryer. No space for a wardrobe, just a rail on the wall with a few hangers. However it was adequate for a 2 night stay. The radiator before 6.30 a.m. each morning made a loud intermittent tapping noise, which woke us up.

Lady who greeted us was friendly and welcoming.
The rooms were great for a couple of days away, quite spacious. I liked the white bed linen. The rooms were warm and comfortable. We all slept really well which i usually find hard when visiting blackpool. I liked the fact that there were plenty of mirrors in the room for us all to get ready doing makeup etc. Tea and coffee facilities were good with pg tips and nescafe.
The breakfast was lovely and served quickly. Good range of cereals and full English was cooked perfectly. Nice ingredients, lovely butter.
Reception and bar area were great and kids loved the pool table.
The room could've done with having a hairdryer and there was no plug for the sink, but I think if I'd have asked, these things would have been provided so not really an issue.
Room probably needed a bit more storage for clothes, the coat hanger rack was a bit of a hazard over the tea making facilities.
There was a little issue with water on the floor in the bathroom, it seemed to be coming from the toilet.
