Good pri e and good location.
Booked a twin room, entered the room it was a double, went to reception to point out I'd booked a twin only to be told that's all they had left. We asked for a refund then and they said the payment had not cleared yet ( rubbish) refused to refund us. This we t on for about 10 minutes a d then magically another single room was offered, so we had 2 separate rooms. My room had a filthy carpet,spliff on the window sill, nail cuttings on the bathroom floor, broken toilet seat, hairs on the bedding, mold on the ceiling, holes in the doors, wallpaper peeling off and the shower had no pressure so took ages to shower, also no hot water from the tap. So overall all pretty disgusting. I genuinely am not 1 to complain but on this occasion I think people need to know what it's like. The rest of the hotel was pretty much the same, we only use it for sleep and a shower but this place was an absolute dive.

Room not clean ceiling tiles coming off bed base had blood stain on no towels holes in doors on searching for room we decided to leave

Accessibility.
Bed springs were uncomfortable and there was a leak in my room which I made them aware about and when I returned from my event the duvet cover was wet through and I had to sleep with a two over me. Radiator wasn’t working. Taps and plumbing system seriously need checking. Smoke detector didn’t seem like it was up to standards.

Nothing at all! Didn't even get the room no staff were in the hotel and they ignored all my calls I had to book another hotel round the corner because of this! Appalling way to run a business

Not clean , i booked 2 rooms& one of the room did not have heating or tv ( advertised as had tv)was given a heater on 2nd day, I have bad mobility & lift was broken so had to be moved rooms & room was very old & not good condition & dirty , paid £80 & did not feel was warranted( I have pictures) guy was ok to speak to but didnt resolve my issues

Room discussing 1 key so if your staying with 3 people one goes home early uless u got key then u ain't getting in went up to my room was greeted by a lady and her big massive dog wasn't friendly had to stay still frightened me to death cold water no hot water double bed no draws in bottom stay away terrible

Having to step over a Junkie, Spiced out (that’s not a typo!!) on the landing, to access my very basic room !!! It’s £30 a night, So expectations were not great

Good location near the centre near the winter gardens but off the main streets so nice a quiet even on a weekend. You get what you pay for this was a nice cheap room it was clean and you had a bathroon with shower just what I wanted and needed nothing fancy just a place to stay.
