Staff were great. Very friendly and accommodating. Happy to get me a soft drink at 5am and very apologetic regarding fire alarm. And quick response to text message in the night regarding early check out
Room filthy: punch hole in bathroom door. No toiletries/shampoo. No light in bathroom (not working) Bed not comfy. Pillows awful. Noise all through the night due to other guests being drunk or high and not sleeping. Doors banging all night. Arguing and shouting waking me up at 2am. 4.30am. Then a fire alarm roaring through the building at 5.30am due to someone smoking in a room. Decided to leave at 5.30am to get better sleep in my van. Parking outside was expensive are used at 8pm nearly £20 until 10am next morning. Did not feel like a hotel. Felt like homeless shelter

Lovely team that work here. It's not a posh hotel but it is clean comfy and has a wonderful team. Really happy with the stay
Everything was great only thing was a lot of stairs to go down if you are a smoker but not an issue
