The hotel should never be advised on booking .com it's not fit for anyone your door to room looks like it's been broken into a number of time damp discusting couldn't stay there iv got cancer and it was nowhere near the standards that I could of stayed in

S are nothink like it is it’s smells mouldy round windows bathroom was dirty ended up with flea bites was only there 15 mins booking for a new hotel to stay in wouldn’t request anyone to go there

Comfy bed, good location, friendly staff & good sized room.
No hot water in room & room a bit dated with broken wardrobe! Addressed this with the owner & he said boiler was getting fixed & he was closing hotel soon for refurb. I will definitely stay here again as it was fine other than this & it’s clearly being addressed

It was filthy holes in wall and door bath room door hanging off no mirror in the room carpet was filthy
We had to ask for a change of room was given another room was filthy but at least bathroom door shut

Nothing at all
The room was in a very poor condition. Stains all over the bed/base,the carpets and the walls.
Along the corridor and stairwell their were holes in walls.
When arriving back to our room at 10pm after a family outing we noticed a leak in the ceiling, the bed which my daughter was going to stay in was wet through. The curtains were all wet and mouldy. I requested to speak to the manager as he wasn't on the premises. After roughly 45mins of waiting, he finally showed up. He told us he had no other family room available. We had to leave the property with no other accommodation to go to. We had no option but to do the 2hr drive back k home at 11.30pm.

Didn't stay. It's horrible, the holes in the wall. Rooms right next to smelly public rest rooms. Curtains hanging off unable to close so no privacy from the main street. Toilet didn't work and the light in the toilet didn't work. Not safe for kids and car was opened on arrival from passers by offering drugs. Ridiculous do not stay here !

Staff were great. Very friendly and accommodating. Happy to get me a soft drink at 5am and very apologetic regarding fire alarm. And quick response to text message in the night regarding early check out
Room filthy: punch hole in bathroom door. No toiletries/shampoo. No light in bathroom (not working) Bed not comfy. Pillows awful. Noise all through the night due to other guests being drunk or high and not sleeping. Doors banging all night. Arguing and shouting waking me up at 2am. 4.30am. Then a fire alarm roaring through the building at 5.30am due to someone smoking in a room. Decided to leave at 5.30am to get better sleep in my van. Parking outside was expensive are used at 8pm nearly £20 until 10am next morning. Did not feel like a hotel. Felt like homeless shelter
