They sent us to the room that was damaged and expected us to sleep in it bare in mind my 11 month old daughter was with me and my partner and when I went down to complain they put us up in 2 more floors so we had to carry the pram and our luggage on our own and me being pregnant as well so very bad service/ wouldnt recommend

It was right in the centre near everything
Shower was cold because problem with the boiler so couldnt have a shower unless you wanted a cold one . The owner talking about how much he brought the place for and how much money it cost for the building next door and future plans practically gave his life story maybe hes just being friendly or bragging ? Having to eat out no meal options.

Was last minute change of plan so we knew what to expect as only hotel with availability . Hand towels only for shower , the Mrs had brown stain on hers , complained said couldn't change until morning . Mattress would be ideal for the hunch back of Notradam . Cold shower . Definitely get to see the sites of Blackpool down this end !
