Staff were great. Very friendly and accommodating. Happy to get me a soft drink at 5am and very apologetic regarding fire alarm. And quick response to text message in the night regarding early check out
Room filthy: punch hole in bathroom door. No toiletries/shampoo. No light in bathroom (not working) Bed not comfy. Pillows awful. Noise all through the night due to other guests being drunk or high and not sleeping. Doors banging all night. Arguing and shouting waking me up at 2am. 4.30am. Then a fire alarm roaring through the building at 5.30am due to someone smoking in a room. Decided to leave at 5.30am to get better sleep in my van. Parking outside was expensive are used at 8pm nearly £20 until 10am next morning. Did not feel like a hotel. Felt like homeless shelter

The location was central and easy to find. With a close carpark (£20 overnight parking)
Room smelt of damp.
A finger sized hole in light switch (dangerous especially as we were in a family room).
Bedding on double bed stained with what only can be described as bodily fluids of the sexual kind.
Kids (single) beds looked clean. However, they were not comfortable. Probably because we had to squeeze 4 people on 2 single beds to avoid the double beds sexual fluid stains.
Signs everywhere threatening extra charges for late checkouts and for deep cleans if food stains are found on departure. Seems ironic considering the semen stains present on arrival.
Also they slap you with a £20 key deposit that they only tell you about the day before you arrive.
Plus another £15 for a small dog.

Location and price wasn't bad but would of payed more for better
Selected a double and single got 3 single beds that wasn't the best there was clean sheets but quilts could do with new sheets also floor was all stained and so was all the walls so not the best nights sleep as we have all been bitten so wouldn't recommend not even for 1 night in that room anyways others might be better

The location
We was greeted by staff who was asleep for check in and when he gave me paper work he fell back to sleep behind his desk and had to wake him to hand paper back and when we got 1st room went in and seen radiator in bathroom was falling apart and no hot water half a door on wardrobe, missing light switch in bedroom, hanging off head boards half way down the bed’s, duvets and bedding had stains room smelt and went to swap rooms and thanks to the guy who help me swap rooms
