The room was spotless, with a fantastic breakfast cooked to order.

Very friendly couple. Excellent value for money breakfast one of best I've had. Lovely rooms close to tram stops. Would definitely come again. Nice comfy bed. Even had a little fridge in my room. Loved my 3 days there. .

We had a health issue and the staff were perfect checking in on us so thank you.

The cleanliness is impeccable and the location is ideal for sauntering around the beach. The hosts are very friendly and perceptive. They were very considerate regarding my request for late checkout and my dietary requirements. Exceptional experience for me.

We stayed in the budget double room it was dated but tidy it served it's purpose Simon and rhona couldn't do enough for you the breakfast set up was amazing and so tasty the location was quiet but perfect we will return in the future
