Excellent stay at a nice,clean hotel…The host was very nice would stay again.
With me being quite a large chap the bathroom was very small and difficult to get around.

My wife and I have visited the New Guilderoy Hotel 23-25.August 2025. I can't stress enough what a wonderful the attention to detail to make our stay comfortable was exceptional.Simon and Rhona are the most attentive, pleasant, polite, and the hardest working people I have ever met.The customer service, food and general comfort was amazing.the customer service, food and general comfort was amazing.I would recommend this hotel.

Rhona and Simon have to be the best hosts. Genuinely welcoming. Remember everyone's name. Many of the guests are repeat visitors.
The breakfast was outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble.
I have gf and additive issues which were instantly addressed, I so appreciated that.
Parking is difficult to find nearby
Sadly for us, the hotel is a bit tired

Very friendly couple. Excellent value for money breakfast one of best I've had. Lovely rooms close to tram stops. Would definitely come again. Nice comfy bed. Even had a little fridge in my room. Loved my 3 days there. .

What a lovely couple who run this place. Made to feel very welcome. Rhona was a very happy cheerful lady nothing to much trouble. Simon was super friendly and so easy to talk to. The breakfast was outstanding and kept us full most of the day. The produce was high quality and plentiful. The room was spotless and comfortable.

The room was immaculate, beds very comfy & staff very friendly.
We had a health issue and the staff were perfect checking in on us so thank you.

Everything was spot on! From start to finish staff where there helping with our bags on arrival ! Bedrooms were amazing with WIFI and your own shower and bathroom.
There is a fridge in your room and condiments with a kettle.
The breakfast was amazing and caters to everyone, even my 7 year old
Overall the visit was amazing and would highly recommend!
