The owners are really frendly me and my partner stayed there and it was the best decision. The breakfast is top class.

During our 2 days and 2 nights in Blackpool, we experienced first class hospitality at this traditional B&B near the seafront. It may be a little tired in places but this is more than made up for by the comfort and homeliness. Our hosts, Simon and Rhona, made us feel at home with their friendliness and professionalism. The breakfast was superior. We fully recommend it, and we‘ll definitely go back again.

The cleanliness is impeccable and the location is ideal for sauntering around the beach. The hosts are very friendly and perceptive. They were very considerate regarding my request for late checkout and my dietary requirements. Exceptional experience for me.

It was very clean and tidy. Hosts were fab and breakfast was excellent. Rooms great had everything you needed and beds were really comfortable. Would also like to thank the Simon for keeping my son company on the Friday night while I was in A&E. Update on fall (not in hotel) fractured elbow but he ho it was a the end of a fantastic break away.

Great property with parking close by, a little walk into central Blackpool but there’s a
Tram stop literally 2 minutes away.
Hotel clean and everything you needed was provided.
We must say the hosts were great and the breakfast was fantastic.
