Simon & Rhona are fantastic hosts very welcoming and pleasant. Breakfast was served to order, hot and very tasty. The bedroom was clean with a comfortable bed. The location is good just a few minutes walk to the tram stop. Great value for money. We will stay again next time we are in Blackpool.

Everything nothing wrong with the place at all.simon&Rhona are lovely people who go out of their way to make your stay great,there is everything you need in your room,and breakfast is absolutely spot on and red hot when brought to your table.

We really enjoyed our stay; the room was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed. The location was convenient, and the host was friendly. Thank you so much, Simon and Ate Rhona. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would happily recommend it to others.

Simon and Rhona were excellent hosts - Rhona offered me aftersun for my sun burned face and Simon shared a piece of glass gifted by a previous guest during a chat about Murano glass.
Loved the 4 poster bed in room 10 - best nights sleep in a very long time.
Excellent freshly made breakfast - bigger variety than most I especially liked the fresh fruit and Greek yogurt.
Room and bathroom pretty spacious.
Plenty of free parking either on street itself or surrounding streets.
5 minutes from promenade, handy for trams and buses.
Loved the whole decor/ambience of the hotel it's not an impersonal space!!
