Lovely well run quiet bed and breakfast great hosts Simon and his wife , had lovely peaceful weekend stay great nites sleep in a lovely cozy room with a fridge and comfy bed , great breakfast in the morning and a 1 min walk to the beach and tram stop

The breakfast was cooked fresh when I arrived and made to order. I am picky and asked can I have x instead of y and it was never a problem the bed was comfy and the bathroom was large.
The hotel is a fair way out of the center but you can see this when booking

Shower wasn't working, only slightly warm, reported and hosts assured it would be replaced or repaired. Bathroom very cold
