Lovely visit to the Middleton. Roy and Tina are excellent hosts. Breakfast was exceptionally good. Ideal location near to a tram stop and with easy free street parking.

The hosts were lovely, helpful and very friendly. It was clean and had everything you needed. Very quiet and relaxing, comfortable bed and a good night’s sleep, exceptional cooked breakfast.

The location was ideal for us, the breakfast was outstanding and the hosts went out of their way to help fix a pair of dance shoes!! One thing I hadn’t packed was a tube of contact adhesive.
Apart from the weather (Storm Darragh) everything about our stay was absolutely fine.

Accessible to tram where a day saver takes u were ever you want to go
Looked freshly decorated but overall brilliant would go back to this lovely welcoming place.
Mattress a little uncomfortable and could hear springs when u turned

Lovely guest house, very clean room. Roy &Tina hosts were very friendly and informative made to feel very welcome. Cooked breakfast each day was very nice and also provided veggie breakfast for daughter and able to request each day for preferences for following morning. Small bar for use on an evening if required. Tram stop only around corner from guest house about 200meters. Parking on road outside rooms very convenient. Would definitely recommend.
Nothing to dislike. Would have preferred a stair rail on left side of second floor stairs as stairs quite steep, but that was my only preference. Everything else was very good.

The breakfast was really good. We were made very welcome Roy and Tina were really friendly and very chatty.
For the price we paid nothing we didn't like the food was good the bed was comfy every where was clean and tidy would definitely stay again.
