Everything Steven and Karl's place was absolutely stunning and them as hosts were amazing nothing was too much bother . The room was beautiful the bed was super comfortable everything was spotless hats off to you both. Breakfast was lovely perfect in every way, this is now the only place in Blackpool that we would stay now hidden gem.

Everything. Stephen & Karl were fantastic hosts. Their guesthouse is wonderful, v clean, v comfortable and breakfast was delicious, but it’s the hosts Stephen & Karl that make this place so special.

Wow, this B&B is in a class of its own. From our initial enquiry to us leaving (after extending our stay by an extra night), we were impressed by the standard of everything about this wonderful place and its owners. Stephen and Karl, you are shining stars. Breakfast was well cooked and served. Room was cleaned and refreshed daily. We can’t wait to return to this oasis of calm and style. Thank you both!

It's clearly evident that Stephen and Karl have a passion for hosting guests in their wonderful hotel. The two nicest men that you could ever meet who pay attention to all details to ensure a perfect stay.
The comfiest beds, cute little biscuits and amazing breakfasts. Parking is available which makes this hotel stand out and it's within walking distance to the attractions.
We wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Thank you so much for being so lovely and welcoming.

Fantastic spacious Georgian styled accommodation, with everything you need. Super king size comfortable bed, comfortable sitting area with TV, books, DVD's etc. Lovely bathroom including roll top bath - very relaxing listening to classic FM through the inbuilt speaker system. Fridge and dressing area was also a bonus. Good view of the top of the tower and the sea from the flower-filled balcony. The breakfast was also superb and Stephen and Karl are great hosts. Location is also great - a short walk to many of the main attractions in town such as the tower. Would not hesitate to recommend.

The room was spotless and spacious and the decor was amazing, with a huge, comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent and served piping hot. Stephen and Karl were fabulous hosts and honestly couldn't do enough for us - nothing was too much trouble. Already booked for next year.
There was nothing not to like about The Lonsdale Hotel.

The property is beautiful inside and out it’s like stepping back in time the decor is sublime of the Edwardian era the owners were amazing two true gentleman parked the car for us and brought it back to the entrance when we were ready to leave carried our case to the room shook our hands on arrival and pulled out our chairs to sit down for breakfast the room itself was beautifully done out plenty of storage space iron ironing board and hairdryer provided the bed was very comfortable bathroom was beautiful breakfast was absolutely delicious we were even treated to a rendition on the piano before leaving I left my hairdryer at the hotel and Karl kindly posted it back to me

Colin and Steve were both lovely. Their attention to detail is phenomenal. The homemade biscuits, the superb breakfast, the decor, the bed, the room, the balcony, everything was perfect.
The location was perfect, too. Near town and all touristic amenities.
I would not hesitate to recommend The Lonsdale and will be sure to stay again if I visit Blackpool

Stephen & Karl were lovely hosts and made us feel like at home. The room was comfortable and beautifully cleaned. The extra little touches like home baked shortbread just made our first stay in Blackpool perfect. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful. It's also only a short walk from the Promenade but far enough away if you still want a decent quiet night's sleep. We can't recommend The Lonsdale enough if you're looking for somewhere nice to stay in Blackpool.

Everything and the hosts Stephen & Karl were Excellent and made us very welcoming and Stephen even played the piano for us
If you are not good at climbing stairs ask for a lower floor as their are 32 steps to the top floor

It was welcoming friendly they let us park our car early because we had a prior engagement in the centre of Blackpool. They took our bags up to the room before we got back. They let us park our bicycles securely it was beautifully clean.
The front entrance is full of greenery blossoms blooms beautiful you can tell it is well kept there is a lot of care and effort taken to the front of the property
