A very nice property with a five minute walk to the beach and the shops, friendly staff and a very welcoming atmosphere, my son and I try to visit whenever we can as we love the hotel

bathroom door dirty, sink filthy..I cleaned it, furniture and carpet dark and needs updating desperately some very worn, some broken, taps and electric sockets loose, dangerous.

Breakfast was of reasonable quality. The room was a bit small for 3 Adults & not much storage space so we had to live out our suitcases. Beds were slightly soft & the springs could be felt through the mattress.
The bathroom was extremely small & very dated. The cleanliness also wasn't what I would have expected. I enquired about evening meals when we arrived only to be told that they hadn't served evening meals in some 17 years which I knew for a fact was incorrect as I have used this Hotel many times over the years but possibly not in the last 6 years as my family are now all adults.

The breakfast was nice.
Staff weren’t overly accommodating.
There is no atmosphere in the games room at all. Pool tables were covered over. It smells strongly of damp.

Easy access to the main strip, parking close by, able to find a Morrisons local round the corner for groceries as well as an Aldi a 7 minute drive away. Breakfast was really tasty.
Room 208 - there is an issue with the window, it made a horrible noise in the wind throughout the night, think it needs re-sealing or replacing.
