Amazing location, so close to the city centre and promenade! The owners were really friendly and helpful and the room was very clean. We had a great quiet night's sleep. The breakfast was very good and a great way to set us up for the day. We will definitely book again for our next Blackpool stay.

Everything about The Kirkview is exceptional.
The men who run it were super lovely and accommodating.
The decor is beautiful throughout, the rooms are lovely, clean and have everything you could want.
They made us and the kids feel so welcome.
Breakfast was delicious and so well priced for what we got!
I will definitely book again.

Stayed there the last week in March. We arrived on a cold miserable afternoon. Chris the owner had the room lovely and cosy for us. Although the room was small it was spotless and nicely decorated, the shower and toilet was a good enough size. The bed was comfortable and we never heard anything during our 5 night stay. I've been going to Blackpool for years and the breakfast has got to be one of the best we've had. Chris was very attentive, we were always last down for breakfast, after we'd eaten we'd have a seat on the comfortable couch in the dining room and he'd take time to chat with us. The hotel had everything we wanted, clean, quiet and that beautiful breakfast. Great value, I would definitely return.

Everything the owners Chris and Pete were amazing, we met Mandy one of the owners sisters and she is lovely to. The breakfast was 10/10, it's a little walk to the sea front but no more than 5mins, we had the best weekend away, we will 1000% be booking again thank you for making our stay very nice
